Google Map Integration

A Geographic Information System (GIS) integrates, captures, stores, edits, analyzes, manages, shares, and presents data that is linked to a location. GIS applications are tools that allow users to create interactive queries (user created searches), analyze spatial information, edit data, maps, and present the results of all these operations. GIS is the merging of graphic map entities and databases, such as a recycling schedule, garbage pickups, election districts, etc.
